These terms govern your use of Currency Global Exchange and any currency order you place with us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Exchange rates & quotes
Rates shown in the quoter are indicative and update in real time. The rate that applies to your order is the one locked when the order is confirmed. Rates can change at any time before confirmation due to market conditions.
2. Orders & payment
When you place an online order it is created as a reservation. No funds are exchanged and inventory is not committed until our team reviews and confirms it. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; your order is processed once payment clears.
3. Identity verification (KYC/AML)
As a regulated money services business we are required to verify your identity and may request government-issued ID and additional information before fulfilling an order. We may decline or cancel orders that cannot be verified.
4. Delivery & pickup
You can choose in-store pickup (free) or shipping via the carriers shown at checkout. Shipping fees are flat per method. Title and risk pass to you on delivery or pickup.
5. Cancellations & refunds
An order can be cancelled before it is confirmed at no cost. After confirmation, currency trades are subject to market exposure and may be non-refundable or subject to a re-quote at the prevailing rate.
