How to file a complaint

- Email details (name, order number, issue, preferred contact) to info@currencyglobalexchange.com.
- If unresolved, you may escalate to your state regulator; we will provide regulator contact info on request.
We acknowledge complaints within one business day and aim to resolve most matters within 3-5 business days. Complex cases may take longer, but we will keep you updated.
Information we may request
To protect your account, we may ask for identification, transaction receipts, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send full card numbers or sensitive data by email.
Refunds and adjustments
Eligible refunds follow our Terms and Conditions and may be subject to exchange rate movements. We process approved adjustments to the original payment method whenever possible.
